Why people fail at achieving goals: How to become successful in 2023
Many people wish, dream and hope to achieve goals but they never take the steps to create, strategize and act so that they can have those goals. Those thoughts will always remain dreams if you aren't willing to fail until you get there. Failures are proud patches of learning they’re not something worthy of shame. What do I need to have a successful Career: Body Weight; Business; Life? The truth behind success is that it takes will power to have what you want. Exerting will power is the first step and the step where most people stop. Sometimes in life it takes 100 bumpy, cracked, pot-hole ridden roads to cruise down a new paved freeway. It's a matter of trucking through those 100 roads because there is no short cut to success.
Battle of the brave? The truth about living your dreams.
If you are one of the few who are willing, you will start to see the road to success is warfare. If you want that successful career your not just landing a job you're fighting with millions of people who want the same thing. If you want to be skinny your biggest battle is yourself. If you want your business to succeed you must see that you’re dabbling in the great war of power, the war of who is in control of what. The thing that holds many people back is their definition of success. People tend to say they want a successful life but they have never developed a personal meaning of the word success.
Why motivational seminars usually useless. Develop a meaning for success:
If you want to become successful first you must develop a meaning for success. Vagueness is your worst enemy, change can be your best friend and dreams must be turned into goals. Learning should be a daily activity because thinking you know everything will always lead you no where. Personally speaking my most creative moments have spurred while I was attempting to learn something new. I know for a fact this method of learning in order to create is the most powerful tool that will aid in the attainment of success. There is no secret or life coaching guru that can permanently make your life better. The chemical reaction created from absorbing mass seminars and speeches wears off eventually and all that you're left with is you.
Why does no one needs a life coach?
I started a life coaching practice a few years ago. I equipped myself with tons of knowledge, methods, principles and theories only to stop two months after I opened for business because I personally believe one shouldn't have to pay for happiness. But one should know exactly what it is that makes him happy. There isn't anything a life coach can do that you can't do for yourself. If you allow laziness to be your chains don't be mad when the bruise from those chains start to brand your wrist. Another great oppression we tend to overlook is our own personal weaknesses.
How to live a better life?
A weakness is potential for improvement not something that should hold you back. Only the powerful can sit down and determine what they don't like about their current life and actively seek to change it. Setting goals properly is a concept many people struggle with. Below I've added a short activity I've created to help you determine specific Goals. This activity is relative to ones you will find in paid life coaching services. I don't believe you should pay to have a better life but I do believe you need to work for it. Attaining your goal shouldn't be something that stresses you out, it should be something that excites you and keeps you on your toes.
Free Self Development Activity:
Take your time and answer the following questions and be specific. Your response should be no less than 300 words per question. After answering all the questions go back and ask a question about your answers. Questions are a powerful tool but the ones who seek the answers get the goal. This is a guide to setting proper goals but it’s up to you to ask the next set of questions and then keep on repeating the process of asking questions
1. What is my personal definition of success?
2. What are the things I need to change about myself to be successful?
3. Use your imagination and describe a day in your ideal life be descriptive.
